Carbon Fiber Sheets for cutting rings, pens, knife scales, or other projects! These pieces are high-quality scrap from the aviation industry. Each piece will be unique and won't have perfectly pretty edges or exactly precise dimensions, but they should all be within fractions of an inch of the stated dimensions. The only pattern is the standard plain weave.

Carbon fiber sheets and panels of top quality are available in different sizes and thicknesses. All sheets are made of 100% Japanese carbon fiber.

We can fully customize any size or layup, dependent on your function and project's needs, including custom cutting, molding, and machining. Material: Normally T300, custom higher grade material T700, T800, T1000, M40, M46, etc Custom: Custom size, thickness, surface, color, layup, material.

Our carbon panels are manufactured with ‘prepreg’ composite material. With this high-grade material, the highest specifications and best quality can be achieved. The ‘standard’ carbon panels are laminated with high-strength carbon fibres and epoxy resin. The fibre volume content in this is high, namely +/- 65% carbon fibres and 35% epoxy. The top layer has a twill structure and the fibres in the core lie in different directions, resulting in a 50-50 fibre orientation. Due to this fibre distribution, the carbon sheets have optimum flatness with uniform strength and stiffness.

Our carbon fiber sheet is made from 100% real carbon fiber with exceptional strength, rigidity, and lightweight performance. Available in 3K twill or plain weave, matte or glossy finish, this CFRP sheet offers excellent corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. It is widely used in drones, robotics, RC models, automotive parts, sports equipment, and industrial applications. Custom sizes, thickness options, and CNC cutting services are available.
